Responsibilities include: 

  1. Providing timely, accurate, and valuable support through chat and email to thousands of Databox users. 
  2. Building dashboards and setting up additional features to help customers expand usage and adoption.
  3. Monitor our unassigned queues in chat and email to provide fast responsiveness.
  4. Referring customers with our Onboarding and Account Management teams for additional assistance.
  5. Collaborate with our Technical Support team to investigate and resolve complex support cases.
  6. Provide insights and feedback to cross-functional teams and inform the development of new programs and initiatives.


This role offers extensive and ongoing technical, customer support and customer success training and coaching along with  competitive compensation and the opportunity to double your earnings in 1-3 years based on performance. 


Excellent written and verbal English skills are required.


Additionally, the ideal candidate has some of the following experiences: 

  1. 2+ years experience in a customer service, support, sales or marketing role, ideally in a B2B software company.
  2. Experience using popular marketing, sales, and business SaaS software tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, Intercom, Active Campaign, Quickbooks, and any of our other 70+ integrations.
  3. Experience using business intelligence tools like Databox.
  4. Experience querying data from SQL databases.
  5. Experience pulling and manipulating data via APIs using middleware tools like Zapier and Integromat or directly by writing code.


Customer Support Specialists help customers through live chat and email tickets. They also help customers build dashboards and set up other features within their account. Customer Support is also responsible for identifying customers who would benefit from additional assistance provided by the Customer Onboarding and Account Management teams. Once you’ve learned the necessary skills and knowledge, you’ll have the opportunity to move into other roles.
