Databox, a fast-growing software company disrupting the $16B Business Analytics space, is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader who can help us capitalize on the enormous opportunity in front of us.
As Head of People Operations and a member of our management team, you will oversee and help execute all Human Resource Management functions, including recruiting, hiring, employee onboarding, career planning, performance management, leadership development, benefits and compensation management, policy setting, planning and budgeting. Although we’ve developed some processes for hiring, onboarding, career development, etc, the ideal candidate will know how to improve upon what we’ve built, help hands-on with recruiting for key positions, and quickly build an HR and Recruiting team of 2-3 people.
As a company that has grown our revenue and headcount 50+% year over year while maintaining cash-flow positive operations and high gross margins, we are hiring aggressively to accelerate our pace of growth even further. In order to drive this growth, we need someone with both human resources and company-building experience to build out and manage our human resources team. With 80 team members in 8 countries around the world with plans to double that in the next 12 months, the ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about building strong teams and a great culture in a global, hybrid workplace company.
