Responsibilities include: 

  1. Investigating and resolving technical issues, reported by free and paying customers.
  2. Addressing technically advanced inquiries related to SQL and other languages.
  3. Cooperation and communication with customers and engineering teams in the framework or resolving technical issues.
  4. Conducting technical calls with customers to troubleshoot issues or to provide technical setup help.

Excellent written and verbal English skills are a must.


Additionally, the ideal candidate has some of the following experiences: 

  1. 2+ years experience in customer service, ideally in technical support that entailed investigating and troubleshooting irregular product behavior.
  2. Experience collaborating with different teams to reduce resolution time.
  3. Experience with conducting calls with customers in any support capacity.
  4. Experience using popular Data Sources like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, Intercom, Active Campaign, Quickbooks, including Excel and Google Sheets files or any of our other 70+ integrations.
  5. Experience using business intelligence tools like Databox.
  6. Experience querying data from SQL databases.
  7. Experience pulling and manipulating data via APIs using middleware tools like Zapier and Integromat or directly by writing code.


The technical support role requires handling technical chats and email tickets, conducting technical calls with customers, providing feedback on product knowledge and on following processes to other Customer Support teams, contributing to and expanding internal resources. The role offers the opportunity to become a product expert, which can lead to eligibility for other technically oriented positions.
