Responsibilities include: 

  1. Providing timely, accurate, and valuable assistance through chat and email to thousands of Databox users. 
  2. Building dashboards and setting up additional features to help prospects evaluate the Databox software.
  3. Referring prospects to our Sales Team for additional assistance and working with them to convert prospects into customers.
  4. Collaborate with our Technical Support team to investigate and resolve complex cases.
  5. Provide insights and feedback to cross-functional teams and inform the development of new programs and initiatives.


This role offers extensive and ongoing sales, customer support and customer success training and coaching along with  competitive compensation and the opportunity to double your earnings in 1-3 years based on performance. 


Excellent written and verbal English skills are required.


Additionally, the ideal candidate has: 

  1. 2+ years experience in a sales, customer support or customer success role, ideally in a B2B software company.
  2. Experience using popular marketing, sales, and business SaaS software tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, Intercom, Active Campaign, Quickbooks, and any of our other 70+ integrations.
  3. Experience using business intelligence tools like Databox.
  4. Active-listening, discovery and qualification skills


Business Development Representatives help prospects through live chat and email tickets. They also help prospects build dashboards and set up other features within their account. Business Development is also responsible for identifying prospects who would benefit from additional assistance and connecting them with our Sales Team. Once you’ve learned the necessary skills and knowledge, you’ll have the opportunity to move into other roles.
